How a case travels from your clinic to ours and back.

Five steps, no surprises. Nothing is manufactured until you have approved the plan in writing.

01

You upload the case

CBCT in DICOM, digital models and bite registration as STL, OBJ or PLY, intraoral and extraoral photographs, and a short description of your therapeutic objective. Send it through SMOP or through our secure upload.

02

We plan it prosthetically

Segmentation, surface-to-volume registration, and prosthetically driven implant positioning against bone volume, nerve canal, sinus and the planned emergence profile. Cases planned in SMOP or R2GATE come back to you within 48 hours. If we see a better path than the one described, we propose it — with the reasoning.

You review and approve online

The plan opens in your browser — no installation, no dongle, no posted discs. Rotate it, section it, comment on it. We iterate by email, SMS or video call until the plan is one you would sign your name to. Files are released only after your written digital approval.

We design and print the template

Guide geometry built for your specific guided kit and sleeve system, inspection windows where you need visual confirmation, printed on biocompatible resin and post-processed to a verified fit.

It ships to your clinic

Tracked delivery with the surgical protocol sheet: drilling sequence, depths, sleeve offsets and the implant reference for every site. Three to five working days within Greece; elsewhere in Europe, the courier’s transit time to your country. Delivery time is counted from the day you confirm the plan, not from the day you sent the case.

Turnaround

How long it actually takes

Two clocks, and they do not run at the same time. The planning clock starts when your case data arrives complete. The delivery clock starts the day you confirm the plan — not the day you sent the case.

01

Plan back in 48 hours

For cases planned in SMOP or R2GATE, the plan is in your browser to review within two working days of receiving complete data. Incomplete or unusable files pause that clock — which is why the checklist below matters.

Guide delivered in 3–5 working days

Within Greece, three to five working days from your written confirmation of the plan. Outside Greece, manufacture takes the same time and the courier’s transit to your country is added on top — we quote it per shipment before we send.

From confirmation date
Full-arch cases run longer, and should.
A stackable All-on-X set with an immediate-loading provisional is several devices derived
from one plan, and the prosthetic design has to be approved before any of it is made. Allow
more time than a single template — we quote the date per case at confirmation, and we
will say so at the outset if a surgery date is not realistic rather than discovering it
together in the last week. See
full arch & immediate loading.
Checklist

What to send with every case

Complete data on the first attempt saves a working day. Missing or unusable files are the single most common reason a case is delayed.

CBCT volume

Full jaw, DICOM format, high resolution, patient out of occlusion. See the CBCT protocol for the acquisition rules — a volume that breaks them cannot be used to print.

Required

Digital models

Both jaws as STL, OBJ or PLY, from an intraoral scan or a scanned cast. The surface data is what registers against the volume.

Required

Bite registration

Digital, in a 3D-compatible format. Without it the arches cannot be related to one another and the prosthetic plan has no reference.

Required

Clinical photographs

Intraoral and extraoral as the case requires. These drive the smile design and the emergence profile more than any file.

As applicable

Your therapeutic objective

A short written description of what you want to achieve. This is the most important thing you send us — it is what we plan against.

Required

Implant system & guided kit

Which system you intend to use and which guided kit you own, so the sleeve geometry and drill offsets are correct from the start.
