Send us one case.
Not a contract, not a subscription. Upload the CBCT and the scans, tell us what you want to achieve, and see the plan come back.

What happens after you upload
- The page gives you a case reference as soon as the last file lands, and the same reference arrives by email within a minute — together with a private link that shows you the stage your case is at, any time, with nothing to log in to.
- We check the data is complete and the volume is usable, and come back to you if anything is missing.
- The plan is published for you to review online — within 48 hours of complete data, for cases planned in SMOP or R2GATE.
- Nothing is manufactured until you approve it in writing.
We email you at every stage, and you can track a case at any time with your reference and this email address.
If you do not hear from us within two working days, chase us. Reply to the acknowledgement or call, and quote the reference. Please do not assume no news is good news — if something has gone wrong at our end we would much rather you told us than waited.
Sending large files
A full CBCT volume is far too large for email — use the uploader on this page, which takes up to 2 GB per submission and encrypts in transit. Zip the DICOM folder first rather than sending several hundred loose slices. If you already work in SMOP you can share the case to us there instead.
